EMDR Supervision UK
Reflective, relational supervision for EMDR therapists.
Supervision is an essential part of developing as an EMDR therapist — not just for meeting accreditation requirements, but for staying reflective, resourced and confident in your clinical work.
If you are newly trained in EMDR, it is completely normal to feel unsure about how to integrate it into your existing practice. I remember feeling exactly the same. With steady, thoughtful supervision, you can build confidence, develop your clinical skills, and begin integrating EMDR in a way that feels natural, safe, and effective for both you and your clients.
I offer EMDR supervision for therapists who are newly qualified in EMDR, or are working towards completing their accreditation, or who wish to deepen their practice and confidence in working with trauma, attachment and dissociation.
About My Approach
My supervision style is collaborative, supportive and grounded in relational EMDR practice.
I offer a reflective space where you can explore your work openly, strengthen your clinical understanding and stay connected to yourself as a therapist.
My supervision integrates fidelity to the EMDR 8-phase model with relational depth, reflective awareness and compassion — helping you stay steady and effective in complex clinical work.
Together we might focus on:
- Case formulation and treatment planning
- Managing blocked or “stuck” processing
- Working safely with dissociation and parts of self
- Integrating EMDR with attachment and relational approaches
- Preparing for EMDR accreditation
- Therapist reflection, countertransference and self-care
Supervision is always adapted to your stage of development and the realities of your practice.
Who I Work With
